檸檬香蜂草,又名香蜂草,學名Mellisa,在希臘文中是「蜜蜂」的意思。早期在歐洲地區廣泛被用於甜味調味料,因其擁有檸檬般清新香氣,故而又有檸檬花草、蜜蜂草、檸檬香水薄荷……等別稱。

本款香蜂草茶由百大青農於苗栗地區以有機農法溫室種植,且順應節氣耕作收成,不超種、不超採,利用生物防治,以維持生態定律,達到人與土地的均衡共生。

本款香蜂草茶以人工採收後,用35度C進行72小時的低溫乾燥,保留90%以上原始植物芳香成份,粉碎為5-6mm 後裝入PLA玉米纖維茶包或食品級包裝袋。

不添加防腐劑或香精等任何人工化合物,是百分百天然純粹的在地香草茶。

建議沖泡方式

採收完畢的香蜂草, 經過 72 小時的烘乾, 粉碎後,每15KG 的新鮮香蜂草僅剩 1KG,乾燥香蜂草直接嗅聞時,可以感受到檸檬般清香,加入適量熱水沖泡後,洋溢著清新宜人的草本香氣;也可加入蜂蜜或糖增添一點甜韻,近似薄荷般清涼感和甜潤柔美回甘,芳香氣息盈滿唇齒間,不論冷熱飲用,皆令人倍感安適舒緩!
